This season is all about being bold. Taking that step into "I think I'll try that this year" and "I can totally pull that off!" Cobalt blue is one bold color that is everywhere for fall. It is a color that is flattering, rich and BOLD. Coming off of a blazing hot (think red) summer, blue is a perfect transition into a cool, crisp fall. It is great too because bold, vibrant pants are in this season too. A cobalt top goes great with any of the vibrant colors or just a neutral. What a versatile way to get a bang for your buck!

The vibrant hues in pants are what has me singing 80s songs with fond memories. Who knew all those decades of color—remember blue eye shadow??—would come back and actually look good. But I have to say, they do and I can't wait to get my hands on these and be Waldo in the crowd.
There are so many pieces of jewelry you can add to this look. The animal prints and animal jewelry is hugely popular this season too. In the 1940s, Cartier had their popular Cartier big cats pieces for thousands, but I love these for oh but a fraction of that. Also, a limited edition charm bracelet coming out with some cats and a small snake on it next month in Stella & Dot's new Style Society. Exclusive, but you can get in! (ask me how)
